    The XTAR XP4 charger is a professional compatible smart charger that is compatible with 10440/14500/14650/16340/17500/17670/18350/18500/18650/18700/22650/25500/26650 3.6V/3.7V rechargeable lithium ion Battery and AAA/AA/A/SC/C NiMH battery.

 

    The charger has a battery intelligent identification function, and the charging management system automatically selects a charging management method and process according to the identified battery. For 3.6V/3.7V lithium-ion batteries, the charger uses three-stage charging (turbulent, constant current, constant voltage); for nickel-hydrogen batteries, the charger uses turbulent and pulsed charging; and uses 0△V, – △ V self-sufficiency method, with multiple protection functions such as over-voltage protection, time-out and stop-charge, four slots are independent, do not affect each other, real-time detection of battery status, intelligent safe charging.

 

    This charger is designed for the memory effect of NiMH batteries. It has a special discharge function (CH1 channel only) to repair the battery capacity.

 

    The charger adopts high-power high-efficiency DC-DC intelligent step-down circuit, which greatly reduces energy loss, more reliable performance, safer charging and more efficient charging. This charger contains reverse connection protection and short circuit protection circuit to prevent short circuit caused by reverse battery connection and foreign objects.

 

    The charger has 0.25A, 0.5A, 1.0A three-speed optional charging current gear position, so that different capacity rechargeable batteries reach the optimal charging state of the battery to extend the battery cycle life. At the same time, the charging current adopts the soft start function, which avoids the damage caused by the instantaneous large current charging to the battery, and the charging is safer.

 

    This charger has built-in over-discharge battery activation function, and can repair batteries with different levels of over-discharge, repair and charge in one go.

 

    In addition, this charger has a USB output function (CH4 channel only), and uses a high-efficiency synchronous rectification boost circuit to supply power to external devices of 5.0V/≤1.0A. At the same time, the charger has battery undervoltage, overload, short circuit, overheat protection and sleep function.
